All you have to do is take a step towards a Better and Healthier Lifestyle. DIET AND CANCER: ARE THEY RELATED? CANCER FRIENDLY FOODS:
What we eat and how we treat our bodies on a daily basis have a very powerful effect on our health and quality of life. Fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes all have important nutrients and other cancer-fighting substances like phytochemicals and pectins that strengthen the immune function and destroy cancer-causing substances before they cause harm. Research has shown that people who eat a diet free of animal products, high in plant foods, and low in fat have a much lower risk of developing cancer.
EDIBLE ENEMIES?
It is vital to know that risk for developing cancer can be increased by certain foods. While there are foods that promote good health, there are also others that promote abnormal cell growth and proliferation. Most of these contain carcinogens or agents that promote the abnormal activity.
Staying Healthy Was Never so Easy!
Wishing you Good Health and a Good Life!
